Incident Management

Jeff Allen has been coaching and developing his Incident Management course for a number of years and has worked through many techniques to find a great formula for his course. Jeff has been writing the Incident Managment column for Ocean Paddler Magazine since its beginning a few years ago. Jeff and his business partner Simon Osbourne own Sea Kayaking Cornwall. Jeff has taken part in many sea kayaking expeditons around the globe and has great insight into the changing states of the sea. Please join him for this challenging and valuable course.

What do you do when things start to go wrong and the domino effect is taking place? Learn how to handle situations when things are going less than perfect, using the skills you learned in 3 & 4 Star Training. The training will focus on scenarios and role playing. Students should be 3 Star Sea paddlers and be prepared for classroom and on-water sessions.
