Each session is for three days.
Join us for one session or use the consecutive sessions as an over the summer training program.

Come to Sea Kayak Georgia's Fantastic and Fun Kayak Kamp. Our camp consists of instruction based games and exploration for children ages 11-15. Come and learn how to paddle or get better at what you have already learned.

Learn strokes and maneuvers, assessing wind, current and tides, paddling in the coastal environment and about the habitats that surround us.

We will learn how to plan day trips by choosing destinations from local charts. Emphasis will be placed on how to be environmentally sensitive. We will share in all the responsibilities that go with the outdoor living experience. During all days we will explore coastal habitats and continue with instruction. Roll practice will also be included during the week. Courses are presented by certified instructors and based on American Canoe Association and British Canoe Union courses.

Each session will last for three days. All classes will be conducted from 9:30 am until 3:30 pm Tuesday through Thursday. Drop off at 9:00 am and pick up at 4:00 pm. The cost is $50 per day. Kampers are encouraged to attend all three days of each session. Kampers will bring their own lunch, sunscreen and drinking water each day. We supply the boats, gear and instructors.

Paddle Power!!!! "We paddle over to Little Tybee Island and set up our base camp, usually in a different place each day. In the water, on the beaches and thru the woods, Little Tybee becomes our adventure playground."

On-water games and activities give kids an arena for independent growth and team building skills...all while having a ball!
