Introductory Little Tybee Island Tours (All Levels Welcome)

Paddle through the serene estuary and explore Little Tybee Island's beaches. Discover abundant wildlife like shorebirds, dolphins, and crabs. Each tour is a unique experience due to our 6-9 foot tidal range.

    • 2 Hour Tour: $65 Adults, $55 (17 & under)
    • 3 Hour Tour: $69 Adults, $59(17 & under)

  • • Includes:     Instruction and guide.
  • • You Provide: Clothes and shoes that can get wet, sunscreen, hat, drinking water, snack (rain gear in cooler weather).
  • • Book: Online or call 912-786-8732. Reservation and prepayment are required.

Custom Day Kayak Trips (Intermediate - Advanced)

Explore stunning waterways, white sand beaches, and maritime forests with our experienced guides. Trips range from 2 to 8 hours. Choose your adventure:

  • • Little Tybee Island High Tide Paddle: (Full/New Moons) Explore unique shortcuts over the marsh grass during spring high tides.
  • • Little Tybee Island Ocean Paddle: Experience open water paddling with wave play and surfing along the south end of the island.
  • • Wassaw Island Paddle: Venture to this National Wildlife Refuge with mature forests and deserted beaches. Enjoy ocean surfing spots.
  • • Ossabaw Island Paddle: A fitness paddle to a unique heritage preserve with rich history and wildlife. (20-mile day trip).
  • • Ebenezer Creek Paddle: (Cooler Months) A 7-mile paddle through a magical cypress forest (near Rincon, GA).

For All Custom Trips:

  • • To make a reservation for a custom trip: Call 912-786-8732 .
  • • You Provide: Clothes and shoes that can get wet, sunscreen, hat, drinking water, and a picnic. (Rain gear in cooler weather). We offer picnic lunches for an additional fee.
  • • Includes: Instruction and guide.
  • • Note: Be prepared to paddle for a majority of the trip. We will stop for breaks on beaches or islands.

Additional Information

  • • Sea Kayak Georgia Shop: Visit us at 1102 Hwy 80, Tybee Island, for hats, t-shirts, dry bags, and kayaking gear.
  • • Weather: All trips are weather permitting. We reserve the right to cancel due to conditions.

Tour Details

Join us to explore the beautiful waters around Little Tybee Island. We schedule these tours in the morning when the wind is light, ensuring the calmest and most enjoyable conditions for your paddle. Duration is 1.5 to 2hours.

Pricing

$75 per Adult and $65 for Youth (17 & under). This includes your guide and instruction.

Reservations

Reservations and prepayment are required at least one day in advance. Please call 912-786-8732 to book. Last-minute inquiries are welcome.

What to Bring

Bring water, a snack, sun protection, and clothes/shoes that can get wet. The specific meeting location will be provided after booking.
